As a guide, you can generally walk on the carpets as soon as we are finished. I will advise further when we initially inspect the job in person. Depending on the soiling levels, fibre type, atmosphere conditions, times may vary, but generally a couple of hours or so

I am move than happy to move furniture, but please do consider that wardrobes or any very heavy items will need to remain in situ! I do ask that you remove any breakables and small items from the areas.

As a guide, we recommend that one room may take 45 mins - 1hr and a 3 bed house may take 2-3 hours. I will always aim for the best results so will not rush any job.

If anyone guarantees you this, run a mile! There is always a possibility that damage has been caused to the carpet fibres causing permanent staining prior to our visit. That being said, if the stains will come out, I will get them out!

Yes! After cleaning if there is any area of our work you are not happy with, we will happily re-clean for you. If you are still not happy, We will refund you 100%.
